Our range covers a wide range of prices and with over 400 styles to choose from including the more traditional handcrafted wooden walking sticks and dress canes to the more modern and contemporary styles.
1. Correct height of a walking stick
Standing upright with your arms relaxed by your side measure the distance from the floor to your wrist bone. This is the height recommended by physiotherapists.
2. How to use your stick
Hold your stick with your index finger pointing down the length of the stick for maximum weight distribution. Walking sticks are not intended to be used for full weight support. It should be used to aid light injuries or to improve balance. Walking sticks should not be used to lever yourself up from a sitting down position.
