Damage, breakages or any discrepancies must be notified within 14 days from receipt of goods.

If there is a problem with your goods, please contact us by email or phone.

Do not return good without authorisation from our office.

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned undamaged goods.

Send your item(s) in their original packaging and delivery note to us by second class post and get a postal receipt from the post office.
